Simikot Airport lies at an elevation of 9,246 ft (2,818 m) above mean sea level. This is the main tourist gateway on the Nepalese side to Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar. Pilgrims and Trekkers bound for Lake Manasarovar and Mount Kailash in China's Tibet Autonomous Region fly into Simikot and proceed to the international border at Hilsa on foot or by helicopter. सिमिकोट एयरपोर्ट समुद्री सतह भन्दा माथी ९२४६ फिट (२८१८ मीटर )को उचाईमा अवस्थित छ। यो कैलाश पर्वत र मानसरोवर ताालको मुख्य पर्यटक प्रवेशद्वार हो। मानसरोवर ताल र कैलास पर्वतमा यात्रा गर्ने यात्रीहरू र ट्रेकरहरू सिमिकोटमा उड्छन् र हिल्साको अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सीमामा पैदल वा हेलिकप्टरबाट अगाडि बढ्छन्। |
